Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) U.S. states and the District of Columbia (“USA”) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must have a valid email address and Instagram account. By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor which shall be final in all respects. Entrants who violate any rule or provide false information may be disqualified at Sunfish’s sole discretion.

Employees of Sunfish Solutions, LLC (“Sunfish” or “Sponsor”), its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, and members of their households are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on the date and time the Social Media post is published and ends on the date/time stated on the post (“Giveaway End Date”). After the Giveaway End Date, 20 eligible entrants will be randomly selected to receive a free copy of the book.

Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message within fifteen (15) days after the Giveaway End Date. If a selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, another entrant may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

1. Comment on the Giveaway Linkedin Post and follow any accounts as instructed.  Include the hashtag #Giveaway with your comment.
2. Provide a valid email address if requested by Sunfish for winner verification and shipping coordination.
3. Consent to receive email notifications related to fulfillment of the Giveaway. Participants may unsubscribe at any time after fulfillment.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Any attempt to submit multiple entries using different emails, accounts, or automated methods will result in disqualification.

Incomplete or invalid entries are void.

4. Giveaway Items

Twenty (20) winners will each receive one (1) copy of the book designated in the Instagram Post (the “Prize”). Approximate retail value may vary based on book format and shipping method. Hardcover copies are valued at $27.56 plus shipping. Winners must provide a valid U.S. mailing address for fulfillment.

No cash alternative or substitution by winners will be permitted except that all prizes are subject to availability and if a prize is unavailable for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value.  The value of the prizes may be taxable as income to the winners and winners are responsible for payment of any taxes associated with acceptance of a prize.  

5. Winner Selection & Verification

Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received on or about Jan 15, 2026, 5 pm ET. Before being confirmed as a Prize recipient, each selected entrant must:

1. confirm eligibility;
2. provide required contact information for shipping purposes; and
3. comply with these Official Rules

If a selected entrant fails to meet eligibility requirements, declines the Prize, or does not respond within the required timeframe, the entrant may be disqualified at Sunfish’s discretion.

6. Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sunfish, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and all related parties (“Released Parties”) from any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or receipt/use of any Prize.

Entrants acknowledge that the Giveaway may be modified, suspended, or terminated at Sunfish’s discretion, and Sunfish shall not be liable for technical errors, lost entries, or other issues beyond its reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Released Parties are not responsible for:

• technical malfunctions or interruptions
• lost, late, or misdirected entries
• errors in administration or fulfillment
• inability to contact winners due to privacy settings
• shipping delays or delivery issues beyond reasonable control

8. Data & Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for Giveaway administration and Prize fulfillment, in accordance with Sunfish’s privacy practices. Entrants acknowledge that Instagram is not the data controller for this Giveaway.

9. Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & TikTok

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, or TikTok. By entering, participants release these platforms from any responsibility associated with the Giveaway.

10. Governing Law

Unless prohibited by law, this Giveaway is governed by the laws of Delaware. Giveaway is void where prohibited.

11. Severability

If any portion of these Rules is found invalid, it shall be severed, and the remainder shall remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Winners List and Other Details

Sponsor with a self-addressed stamped envelope at 6060 Center Drive, Floor 10, Suite 1000, Los Angeles, CA 90045.  The Giveaway is Coordinated by Sunfish Solutions, LLC, at the address above, and sponsored by Cooley Law at 3175 Hanover Street Palo Alto, CA 94304.
