Is the program customizable to my treatment plan?

Yes. Your bundle can include extras like additional retrievals, egg or sperm donors, medical services like ICSI as prescribed by your doctor, or even natural cycles.

Are there any exclusions or eligibility requirements for the IVF Success Program?

Zero exclusions. 100% eligible.

How does the refund work if I don’t get pregnant?

If you're not successful, and have enrolled in the Gold Program, you may receive a partial refund of up to $15,000. The exact amount depends on your bundle terms.

Is the bundle available at my clinic?

We partner with leading clinics across the country. If you're unsure, reach out and we’ll confirm or help you get connected.

Does the program include embryo freezing or storage?

Yes, discounted storage options during the program are part of your plan, as well as options for discounted long-term storage.

Can I use the program if I already started treatment?

Possibly—reach out and we’ll walk you through your options based on where you are in the process.

What if I need to pause my treatment?

Your services are covered during your membership, but if you have a unique circumstance and need to pause treatment, just let us know - we’ll do our best to accommodate.

How do I pay for the IVF Success Bundle?

There are multiple ways to pay. You can pay with an ACH transfer, mail a check, or pay with a credit card (credit card transaction fees apply). If you need additional support, we can help you obtain a loan, or you can take a personal loan from any lender you like to work with.

Can I finance my IVF Success Program through Sunfish with a loan?

Yes. We provide access to several flexible financing options through our partner lenders for IVF, medication, and more. You can also use a personal loan from any lender you like to work with.

What can I include in my loan?

Everything from IVF to meds, donor costs, surrogacy, egg freezing, storage, and even travel.

Do I need perfect credit to qualify?

No. Our partner lenders consider your full financial profile—not just credit score.

How long does loan approval take?

Most decisions are made in 1–2 business days, and funding follows shortly after. In most cases, funds will be distributed to you personally to use as needed, to allow you the most flexibility on your journey.

What’s the typical loan amount?

Most borrowers receive between $5,000 and $50,000 for an unsecured loan. Our partner lenders also offer options for secured loans (HELOCs) up to $400,000.

Is there a fee to apply for a loan?

Sunfish does not charge a fee to apply through our partner lenders. Some lenders may charge an additional fee.

Will I be charged any fees by the loan providers?

There are no application fees for any of our partner lenders on our platform. Some lenders may charge an origination fee of 1-12% of the loan that will be deducted from the loan proceeds before they are delivered to you. This fee is factored into the APR you see. There may also be late payment fees or ACH return / check refund fees. Please check with the loan provider if you have any specific questions regarding their fees.

Can I combine a loan with the IVF Success Program?

Absolutely. Many families use financing to make their bundle even more manageable.

Can I use loans through Sunfish’s partner lenders for egg freezing or surrogacy?

Yes. Our partner lenders finance a variety of fertility journeys.

Are loans through Sunfish’s partner lenders available in my state?

Loan availability may vary slightly by state—contact us to confirm your eligibility.

Can a loan be used at any IVF clinic and any surrogacy agency?

Yes, typically you will receive the funds directly and can use them at any clinic or agency.

Does everyone who apply for a loan get approved?

No, unfortunately our partner lenders do not approve 100% of applications.

Does Sunfish support donor egg or donor sperm IVF?

Yes. We help you navigate the logistics and bundle costs with your plan.

What about support for surrogacy?

Yes. We offer surrogacy planning tools, financing, and access to trusted partners. However, the IVF Success Bundle is not currently available for surrogacy.

Can single parents by choice use Sunfish?

Definitely. We support solo parents with education, planning, and cost management.

Can LGBTQ+ families use Sunfish?

100%. We work with all family types and offer inclusive, personalized support.

Is Sunfish just for people doing IVF?

No—our support also extends to egg freezing, donor coordination, surrogacy, and more.

We collaborate with your clinic to support your care—not replace it. You and your doctor stay in charge of all medical decisions.
