Your flat rate includes a bundled treatment cycle: retrieval, monitoring, and all single embryo transfers, priced as one number instead of separate line items. Sunfish's Success Programs include the IVF or egg freezing cycle at one flat price, which excludes medication and PGT-A genetic testing; medication comes from Sunfish partner pharmacy with a guaranteed lowest-price match.

Add-ons you choose, such as donor eggs, donor sperm, or an extra retrieval, get priced into the package when it's built rather than billed afterward. Your Custom Financial Plan lists what the rate includes before you sign.

The one exception is a change you choose yourself, like adding a retrieval or donor eggs, priced and agreed to before it's added. If real costs fall outside what the Financial Planning Tool predicted, eligible Gold members may qualify for a partial refund under the software Warranty.¹

Your package includes all single embryo transfers of your eligible embryos for up to a year rather than pricing each attempt on its own. Most people need 3 transfers to have a 95% chance of success, per RMA research, and none of them add a new bill within that year.

That's different from paying per cycle, where a second or third attempt becomes its own invoice. The price is set once, before treatment begins.

Yes. Sunfish accepts patients into its IVF Success Program at 100% eligibility, with no exclusions on age, diagnosis, or insurance, where many IVF programs screen applicants out by age or health data. The standard package price is the same regardless of a patient's medical profile.

You complete a physical evaluation with an eligible IVF clinic, and that clinical data shapes the refund available on the Gold Program, not your package price. If you don't have a clinic yet, Sunfish partners with fertility clinics nationwide and can help you find a partner clinic.

On the Gold Program, eligible patients may receive a partial refund of up to $15,000, or a discount to continue treatment, if a live birth isn't achieved within the cost the Financial Planning Tool predicted.¹ Gold also includes exclusive evidence-based resources including videos, articles, and easy-to-follow guides. Savings on long-term egg and embryo storage and transport, at-home wellness IVs, one-on-one mental health coaching, and more.

Standard packages fix the rate and the included transfers but don't carry this refund. No program, Sunfish included, can promise a pregnancy. The package sets your program price, not the outcome.

Each partner clinic has its own pricing, and the standard package price is the same for every patient. Sunfish provides each IVF Success Program with a predictive cost forecast from your clinic evaluation, which sets the refund available on the Gold Program.

That number is set before you sign anything and holds once your cycle starts. You're not paying per visit or per transfer. Medication and PGT-A testing are named separately at the quote.
