Sunfish provides each Success Program with a predictive model that forecasts a patient's cost of reaching a live birth through IVF. The model reads age, AMH, BMI, and prior cycle history from an evaluation at the partner clinic. The standard package price is the same for every patient; the forecast determines the refund available under the Gold package if it proves inaccurate.

Your package price is set before you sign anything, and it does not move once your cycle starts. You are not paying per visit, per medication run, or per attempt. The total is settled up front.

That is the practical difference between a fixed-cost package and paying as you go. With a fixed price, you know your number on day one instead of finding it out partway through treatment.

No. Once your Custom Financial Plan is built and you sign, that price holds regardless of how your cycle unfolds. Additional monitoring visits, medication adjustments, and anesthesia are already priced into your package rather than billed separately. The one exception is a treatment plan change you choose yourself, like adding a retrieval, donor eggs, or donor sperm. Those get priced and agreed to before they are added, not billed afterward.

If unexpected costs still fall outside what the Financial Planning Tool predicted, eligible patients may receive a guaranteed partial refund of up to $15,000 or a discount to continue treatment, subject to program terms.¹

Sunfish's Success Programs include the IVF or egg freezing treatment cycle at one flat price with no hidden costs. Medication and PGT-A genetic testing sit outside that price: medication comes from Sunfish partner pharmacy with a guaranteed lowest-price match, and the clinic bills PGT-A if a patient opts for it. Yes. Donor egg, donor sperm, and reciprocal IVF are all priced into your fixed cost at the time your package is built, as is adding an extra retrieval to the plan.

Donor cycles are one of the places where per-cycle billing gets unpredictable, since donor costs, clinic fees, and storage arrangements are often quoted by different parties. Folding them into a single fixed price is what removes that uncertainty.
