You make one payment to Sunfish. We handle the billing and payments with Everleap Fertility behind the scenes. You won't be chasing invoices between appointments.

Alongside that, Sunfish helps organize your experience: scheduling, next steps and communication with your clinic. Your Planning Partner stays with you through your whole treatment.

Yes. Your medical care stays entirely with the physicians and clinical team at Everleap Fertility.

Sunfish works alongside them, supporting the financial structure, planning and logistics around your treatment. Clinical decisions stay between you and your doctor.

Everleap Fertility's New York network has offices in Albany, Syracuse and Rochester. The Rochester office handles consultations, monitoring and IUI, with IVF and egg freezing performed in Syracuse. Sunfish coordinates with whichever office your care team uses, and your planning and support calls happen remotely.

Everleap Fertility quotes your IVF pricing at your consultation, and medications, genetic testing and additional transfers are usually priced on top. The Sunfish IVF Success Program replaces that open-ended cost with one fixed price that includes all embryo transfers for one year, plus a guaranteed lowest-price match on medications from Sunfish partner pharmacy.

Only some plans. New York requires fully insured large group plans, meaning employers with more than 100 employees, to cover three IVF cycles over your lifetime. Small group, individual, self-funded employer plans, Medicaid managed care and the Essential Plan are all exempt. You don't have to work this out alone: Sunfish checks your coverage for you, and your Planning Partner walks through what applies before you decide on a package.

Yes. New York's rules let insurers consider whether basic treatments like IUI would be medically appropriate first, and preauthorization is standard. Your Planning Partner builds your financial plan around whatever your insurer requires. A step-therapy rule won't send you back to square one.

No. Under New York's rules, a cycle that has been started counts toward the three-cycle limit even if it doesn't finish. The three-cycle benefit runs out faster than people expect. The IVF Success Program is designed to cover the treatment that comes after.

New York State's Infertility Reimbursement Program works only through a short list of approved providers, and Everleap Fertility is not currently among them. Your Planning Partner can walk you through the funding options that do apply.

Yes. The IRS treats IVF as a qualified medical expense. HSA and FSA dollars apply to treatment, medications and storage. FSA limits reset each January. A cycle that spans two plan years can draw on two years of contributions. Your Planning Partner can time payments to match.
