Subscription details

Commitment period
6 months from the date of enrollment. No auto-renewal.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through your Account Settings. You retain access through the end of your subscription term. Monthly billing members remain responsible for all remaining monthly payments in the subscription period, even following cancellation.
Refunds
A full refund is available within 48 hours of enrollment, provided no subscription benefits have been used. After that period, all fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Can I switch from monthly to upfront (or vice versa) after I enroll?

No. The payment option you select at enrollment applies for the full initial 6-month period and cannot be changed mid-term.

What happens after my 6-month subscription ends?

Your subscription will conclude.

If I cancel early on the monthly plan, do I still owe the remaining payments?

Yes. Cancellation does not release you from the remaining monthly payments in initial 6-month subscription period. You will retain full access through the end of that period and remain responsible for the remaining monthly payments.

Is Sunfish Starts covered by insurance or FSA/HSA?

Sunfish Starts is not an insurance product. We recommend checking with your benefits administrator regarding FSA/HSA eligibility for subscription-based family-building programs.

What does Sunfish Starts not include?

Sunfish Starts is an education, navigation, readiness, and support subscription program. It is not a healthcare provider, fertility clinic, insurer, or financial advisor, and does not provide medical advice, clinical care, or treatment. All content and support provided through the program is for educational and informational purposes only.
